Lida Athearn

I am a long-time resident of Fenton. My husband and I moved to Fenton over 20 years ago. We fell in love with the area and community. As a mother of four boys, I know how important it is to build a connection to the community we live in.

I have a strong passion for real estate and all it involves. It was important to me to reach the highest level of education in real estate for my clients, so I took my education to the next level and became an Associate Broker with GRI designation. With a 20-year background in home decor and staging I am fortunate to be able to offer my sellers a free staging consult before listing their home with me. I can advise my sellers on how to get their home ready for market so they can sell faster and for top dollar. You are ahead of the game when you know what the buyer wants and how to create that.

My goal in real estate is to walk you through the process to the closing table and beyond. I work hard to create lasting relationships with each and every one of my clients. I want you to be comfortable calling me long after closing because you need a referral for a painter or a plumber, or whatever else you may need.
