Lifcha was wonderful to work with. She helped us immensely with getting our apt ready for sale. She is super knowledgeable about the ins and outs of co-op sales and requirements. She is always available for a call. She is one step ahead of everything which was amazing since we were out of state during much of the time. I highly recommend Lifcha Zweig!

I had the pleasure of working with Lifcha on a transaction of helping first time homebuyers. She was so polite, knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with. Lifcha would even work and somehow get things done from Israel. I have dealt with many realtors and she went above and beyond for her clients. I would 1000% recommend her for any real estate transaction. Happy New Year and great job Lifcha. Hope we get the opportunity to work together again. Getting things done during the holidays is one thing but to do it while in another country. Incredible. Great job Lifcha!!!

I've now worked with Lifcha on three different transactions -- my first apartment, in 2013, then a co-op apartment my wife and I purchased in 2020, and most recently, the sale of the original apartment. Lifcha has become like family, and working with her is a pleasure. Given all her experience, it is as if she sees all the twists and turns of any real estate transaction in advance; she is calm, patient, and excellent at communicating.
