About Ligia

Born in Guatemala, Ligia moved to Waltham in 1995 where she planted her roots and raised her family. Ligia's pride and joy is her two children; her daughter is a senior at Lasell University and her son is a senior at Waltham high school. Ligia bought her first home in Waltham in 2001, where she caught the Real Estate bug. She decided at that point that she wanted to help people to reach their dream of owning their own home. While her children were young, she purchased multiple properties and followed the real estate market closely and vowed to herself that when the time was right she would become an agent herself. In 2013 she got her license and started her dream career. Being bilingual gave her the opportunity to help people that also speak her native language, Spanish. Her favorite and most rewarding part of this job is the moment she hands her clients the keys to their new home.

Ligia is very involved in the local Spanish community. She also volunteers with her family for the Red Cross. When she isn't working, you may find her playing soccer or basketball. But her favorite pastime is hanging out with her kids, both 4 legged and 2 legged. As an animal lover and has 4 cats and 2 dogs. Her goal in life is to help as many people as she can to make their dream of owning a home a reality.
