Ligia was with me through 100% of the shopping and buying process. Even after closing she still helps me! She’s very responsive, kind and really does care about her clients. If you want a realtor that’s going to make you feel like you’re the only client that she has, look no further!! I don’t know how she does it?!

I never felt like I was unclear on any part of the buying process and having her there was so reassuring in helping me feel like I made the best choice for my family. She’s the best!

Ligia has been one of the most helpful people I've had the pleasure of meeting in my entire life.
Searching for and buying a home is HUGE, so it takes someone as amazing as Ligia to do it!

This was my first homebuying experience, and Ligua was not only just helpful...she was educational, patient, understanding, encouraging, reassuring, and flexible during my particularly abrupt timeline - she devoted her time to helping me find the best first home I could have possibly asked for.
Ligia has incredibly refreshing integrity, credibility, and knowledge. You can tell she loves what she does!

Ligia is the finest real estate agent you can find in Northern Virginia Region. If you want to buy a good property in Viginia that suits all your needs without any hiccups, get in touch with her (Period). We were able to work with her with full transparency which is very important when you are buying a home. We would tell from the bottom of our heart that she is a buyer’s agent. She assisted us not only in buying our dream home by carefully placing strategic offers, but also went above and beyond in providing additional knowledge regarding various options that we can choose in this competitive market. From helping us finding a home, to referring us to right lenders, good contractors, she takes a 360 degrees approach. From time to time she use to always help us in clearing out all our concerns.
