I can't say enough good things about working with Lila. In under 5 weeks, we went from looking at rentals to CLOSING on a home! Lila understood my every concern and analyzed my situation; financial, too. Her lender helped me pick the best loan product for me (I qualified for VA, but did much better with Conventional). I had purchased property before, but it was never THIS smooth. Lila made it easy for me to anticipate every step. Even post-closing, the Sellers told me how helpful Lila was -to THEM!- in finalizing a few final details for hand-over. To top it all off, my mortage now costs way LESS than rent! I can honestly say, whether she was searching for a rental OR a purchase for me, Lila's diligence, expertise, and patience were invaluable in helping me make my final decisions. In 2013, Lila and I talked casually about home-buying, but by early 2014, that search became real and with a deadline. From our first 'serious' meeting, Lila took the time to get a solid understanding of what I was looking for and focused on finding properties that actually met my criteria. In the end, she exceeded the expectations I had for finding a home. If I had to highlight one skill, I'd say I'm most impressed by Lila's research ability. I believe her understanding of home-values in my targeted neighborhoods actually saved me money when it came time to submit an offer (and again, in deciding where else to negotiate). As I was new to the state, she went above and beyond to make sure I fully understood every step of the home buying process in Texas. Another bonus: she's developed a network of contractors and experts that I used during the search and have continued to use since purchasing the home. Bottom line, if you need an established, organized, thorough and thoughtful member on your team, I can say with confidence that Lila will work hard for you.

My wife and I decided to contact Lila about questions we had about selling our home. We based our decision on the positive experience we had when Lila helped my brother in law buy a home earlier this year. We spent time with Lila and got to know her. As a result we witnessed her great work ethic, sense of humor, integrity, and professionalism. We were and are most impressed by her honesty and dedication to her clients best interest. She takes the time to point all the positives and negatives of the home selling and buying process. She explains all the in and outs of the real estate ,documents, time frames, finances, and other issues the lay person wouldn't be versed in. After talking extensively with Lila about selling our home, we have decided to wait awhile. We will however contact her when we do decide to sell and will also have her find our next home for us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my family, friends, or anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Lila Feng is a big reason why today I own the home I always wanted. I interviewed probably ten Realtors before choosing to work with Lila. She was by far the most professional and the most knowledgeable of the city and its market conditions of any agent I spoke with. She didn’t overflow my inbox with every house for sale like many agents will, but rather took the time to learn what I really wanted and concentrated on finding that. She provided helpful insights and suggestions throughout my home search. Lila handled my somewhat complicated negotiation and closing with expertise and finesse. My husband and I called Lila to inquire about a rental house. We were not even considering buying at the time. After speaking to Lila, she connected me with a wonderful mortgage company who had us pre-approved the same day. Lila then began showing us homes immediately. After seeing several homes over a 4-5 day period, we found the one that was perfect for us. Lila quickly had the contract in place and worked with us tirelessly through the negotiation process. She ultimately helped us to save money and time. We had a contract and a closing date within 10 days of contacting her. She is energetic, fun, and a hard worker. Lila is a joy to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
