First and foremost, Lilia is a great person, ambitious, positive thinker, no matter what the circumstances are. Honest, reliable with incredible work ethic.
Second of all - a true professional. In her relatively short carrier she managed to gain massive experience working with first time buyers and experienced investors, exhibiting phenomenal results.
Bottom line is, if you are looking for a broker with integrity, diligent and incredibly motivated - look no further.

I can not put in words how awesome is Lilia at her job! It is not the first time we purchase a house, so I have some experience with Realtors with 20 millions of emails sent from the system. She was different because she reviewed most of the properties before sending to us, making my life easier.
Nobody comes near her, as she understood what we liked, what we needed, and what we could afford.We got the house for the price we wanted thanks to her professional attitude and good negotiation skills. Lilia is a must Realtor for anyone looking to get the best deal!
