We strongly recommend Liliana Bristman. We are moving to San Diego from Brooklyn and are completely unfamiliar with the area. She listened to our needs, tastes and priorities and very quickly helped us figure out which areas and neighborhoods would make the most sense for our family. She attended open houses on our behalf and sent us videos or orchestrated live zoom call tours so that we could "see" the houses. She also got to know the various sellers' agents and helped us understand their clients' interests so that we could be strategic about offer terms other than price. Liliana gave us great advice on how to bid and manage through processes where there were multiple competing offers. We were successful with the second house we bid on. She was with us every step of the way to close - from choosing an inspector to conducting the inspection and follow up work, to working with our bank, to all of the paperwork. We were very hesitant to work with a realtor at first but Liliana is such a nice and down to earth person that we really ended up enjoying her company and help in the pursue of our new home. Where do I start! Liliana is amazing. She listened to my needs in the type of house I was looking for. I told her I wanted a home to have a family in and she started informing me about which school districts were good vs. bad. Considering my future needs before I even considered them. I was from out of state so she helped me look for houses using video chat and was very patient with me and my schedule. She is even helping me find contractors to fix the problems with the home that the original owners did not want to fix. As first time home buyers and sellers, we really had no idea what to expect or how the processes of buying and selling would work.
