Liliana was very helpful and informative on the purchase of my home in Virginia. She even got me a 10k check back upon closing. So my house basically was zero down thanks to her great negotiating skills. Time has passed and she is always helping me with advice for my home investments. A plus is that she is beautiful and funny, so she cheers me up every time we meet.

Liliana is an absolutely amazing realtor! If I ever need real estate agent services again and she’s still in the game, I will not even consider another agent. I was a first time homebuyer and Liliana couldn’t have made the process any smoother. She answered every question I had no matter the time of day (and there was a two hour time zone difference). She put me together with an awesome loan team and they all worked together like they’d done it their whole lives. Liliana used her expert skills to get us the price we needed, got closing costs covered and even pushed things along for a quick closing…from offer to closing 29 days! We honestly could not have ask for more in a realtor. In addition to being an absolute pleasure to work with, Liliana was so incredibly on the ball every step of the way. We bought our new home remotely from Florida and we are so happy we did. Lili immediately got to work helping us find the perfect home for our family. She walked us through several properties over FaceTime and helped point out the little details she that we might have missed over a video call. We felt like she really listened to and understood what our needs were. Anytime a question or concern would arise she would immediately and thoroughly address it. She was even able to get the seller to pay closing cost, which from what I’ve heard from other home buyers, is nearly impossible in the current market. My husband is in the military and we had to move to Virginia on orders having never spent much time here before. We have a young baby and three dogs so having a home to move straight into just made the transition substantially easier. I would highly recommend working with Liliana to anyone.

Best Realtor Ever.
My wife and I were caught in a very short window of 3 weeks to find and close on a home. Liliana was there for us right away. She found us the home of our dreams with a lot of room to build equity. She got all of our closing cost paid by the seller and we received all of our earnest money back. She was very knowledgeable through the whole process and explained what everything through our signing process meant before we signed. She helped us with all inspections.
She is all for helping veterans and active duty.
If you don't use Liliana for all your home buying needs. You are wrong!

We highly recommend Liliana as a realtor. We are a Military family and getting orders to Quantico, VA. Trying to get a house on base was going to take us a few weeks to months and we have a newborn so we don't want to stay in a hotel while we wait so we decided to buy a house. Not being in VA to see the houses we had to find the right person that could be our eyes and ears. Liliana was very helpful and caring. She went out of her way to make sure we found the right house before moving to VA. Aside from being a realtor she is a very nice person she had my family on her prayers because we had a few family problems in the middle of the process.
