This is my recommendation of Lillian Marquez-Beranyk and her husband Tony. We closed on a home in the La Cresta area of Murrieta. Lillian was the agent that helped us and is from the Allison James Estates & Homes Brokerage in Temecula. My husband and I came from the east coast. I had only been here 3 days scouting for a home when I met the couple. My husband was relocated with his job and our relocation company had assigned us a local realtor. I was very upset with his service and started searching by myself because he was that bad. I met Lillian and her husband, Tony, at an open house they were conducting. They were both so friendly and helpful that I had the relocation specialist hire them instead. They were very patient and kind and nothing gets them scrambled. Lillian took me to many, many homes and was always available to reach and always promptly called me back. She gave me special attention and wanted to help in any way she could. Lillian came by a couple of years ago to introduce herself and to drop off Real Estate literature. I was impressed by her low-key, knowledgeable and friendly visit and actually saved the brochure. Over a year later I spotted Lillian showing a neighbor house and said, I want you to sell our house, come by in a month! In a most patient manner, we were shepherded through every step of the way and as a bonus, benefitted from the expert appraisal services of husband Tony. In addition, our house was in a somewhat difficult trust and guidance from Lillian's legal background saved us both time and money. The whole sales process, from contact to contract to keys couldn't have been smoother or more pleasant. My only regret is that we only had one property for Lillian to represent!

Lillian is as professional as it gets. She worked hard to sell my house and was never flustered or in a hurry when I had concerns or questions. She was prompt with all the paperwork and worked seamlessly with the escrow company I chose. Her husband, Tony, was very responsive to us as we are seniors and my husband is ill. He offered to come and help me with some tasks that needed to be done prior to the close of escrow. Lillian was always available to answer any and all of my questions and concerns regarding the sale and escrow processes. While selling or buying a home can be both tiring and nerve-wracking events, even in the best of circumstances, Lillian made it a very smooth ride.
