About Lillian May

She has been proud to be a Realtor® for over 40 years serving Sellers and Buyers on the east side of Cleveland primarily the Chagrin Valley. During that time, she was a Broker of her own company Chagrin Falls Realty for 23 years. It has been an honor to serve both Sellers and Buyers to work together and listen to her clients while they experience their most important decisions about their homes. She has been able to provide the most current information, financing and facts so that each person can make the most informed decision that is right for them. She wants each transaction to be pleasant for everyone and not stressful. Buying and/or selling a home should be a joyful experience. Her background is strong in the building business. Her family developed and built homes and her husband, and have continued that business currently.

She is married and has two adult children. She has moved 20 times being in the building business, so she knows what it is to move! One of her passions is animals and she has had a Horse farm before with her husband. Her degree is in Horse Husbandry, and she has loved selling Horse farms over the years. She lives on a family farm with her husband and her mother has her own suite within our home. Next door her daughter and son-in-law live in the main farmhouse. Her youngest daughter teaches school in South Carolina and helps with the farm in the summer with the flowers and garden. They raise chickens, pigs, and turkeys and have a mini pony and donkey. Her daughter Tiffany is the head of the farm and sells their products to the local restaurants, Geauga Markets in South Russell, and in the store at the farm.
