It was great, to talk to someone who doesn't pass judgement, or assume they know your situation. They actually set down and talked to me, and got a understanding, of what was going on, and what I wanted to happen. Being a hundred percent disabled veteran, some times its hard to get your point across without getting upset, especially when one feels they have been wronged. They took the time to understand , and I appreciate that, most do not understand us, most do not try. Thank you for your service means nothing, when your actions shows otherwise …I thank you all, for truly caring about the veteran.

I have worked with Lily several times. She is detail oriented, a great negotiator, advocate for her clients, keeps on track with all vital dates AND she is a fabulous person. As a Lender, all of those qualities have helped my job tremendously.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Living in Georgia, but selling my grandmas house in California...Lily was SUPER helpful and proactive with making sure that I had all the information needed to make informed decisions. This was a Probate sale so we had been working on this sale since the beginning of October, and finally closing at the end of June. Throughout the whole 9 months of us working together, she helped with organizing the junk haul, managing contractors for the renovations, picking up documents from the local courts and dealing with HOA. Plus, I her knowledge of the market and patient coaching allowed me to be confident as we worked through the buyer offers. Lily went above and beyond to help me manage this transaction and there's no way I would have this successful outcome without her. THANK YOU LILY!
