About Lillianne

If you are anything like her, you are probably interested in learning a little about who she is as much as she enjoys learning about her customers.

Real Estate caught her attention at a noticeably youthful age. She was still in high school when she purchased her first home. She remembers that at closing, the closer informed her that her parents had to sign the documents even though she was married and about to have her first daughter. She could not believe it!! In her blog lections de bins raises she told the story of that purchase end Española.

When she purchased her second home five years later, little did she know that a few years later she would be facing foreclosure when her 9-month-old baby had renal surgery and she had to take care of her because the kid's dad had just left our home. After speaking to her lender and a HUD counselor, she was able to remain a homeowner through a forbearance agreement HUD coordinated with her lender and was given the gift to be able to continue providing her children with a stable environment. Even though at the time it seemed that our situation would never improve - it did after a while and when the home sold a few years later it was a profitable transaction (and no, he did not get any of it!). It was then when she began helping a local broker market her listings and Real Estate won her heart.

After relocating to Dallas in the summer of 2000 her education to become a realtor began shortly thereafter. She was a single mom raising children, working full time, and pursuing her degree and made the Vice President's Honor Roll and was nominated to receive an award for 'Academic Excellence in Real Estate' by one of her professors. In 2003, she passed the licensing exam and continued her studies to become a broker, which was accomplished two years later.

By the time her brokerage opened in 2005, short sales where an integral part of her service mix to assist families facing life-altering situations retain ownership by renegotiating their loan terms or selling property via a traditional or a short sale. Lender representation became another service offered by listing and managing VA foreclosures and REO's and performing Broker Price Opinions for servicers.

While a failed marriage, she experienced firsthand situations that gave her a deep understanding of home ownership; the dos and don’ts and what is important to consider when buying or selling a home, among others.

She can say that one of the most impactful situations she is personally experienced was fully trusting people she should not have and as a result facing foreclosure for a second time while experiencing a sudden (and rocky) divorce at the same time. Fortunately, she was able to negotiate a loan modification on the home she had acquired when she first moved to Dallas, which was a blessing for her and her children. She learned a lot in the process and can say that although is not the best way to learn, it is a memorable one and gave her firsthand experience and understanding of the process. She learned what needs to be done and the most efficient methods to present your case for a quick approval. And she also completed her CDPE Designation to complement her experiences with formal classroom education and serve you better.

She is motivated to succeed for distinct reasons: First and foremost; she wants to be an example to her five children, who are her most precious gift. Second, she loves what she does and want to have influence in people's lives and promote home ownership and sustainability; and third; she enjoys using the tools and talent she's gained through her personal experiences and education to empower others so they can accomplish their goals without having to experience the same issues. It is possible to learn from the experiences of others and prevent situations that could potentially cost you a lot of money and unnecessary suffering.

Most of her customers are more than friends, they have become a particularly important part of her life and she enjoys being part of their lives as well. She would love to get to know you and be of service.
