Highly likely to recommend 07/05/2012 - user3076210 Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Portland, TN. Waynnie was a blessing to us. She helped us find a place to fit our very specific wants and needs. She cheerfully showed us close to 40 properties until we found the right one. She was also a huge help through the closing process and even recommended a contractor to help with some work that needed to be done to the house. He did excellent work and was very reasonably priced. Waynnie is the best!!
