Lily Garipova represents buyers and sellers of residential properties throughout the Bay Area. She sees real estate as a financial investment and has a great sense of the local market. Lily believes homebuyers and sellers must be educated before any large commitment. She is a great guide from the beginning to the end of the transaction and beyond. As well as an organizer of online and in-person events addressing many aspects of Real Estate. Lily moved to the Bay Area from Nantucket, Massachusetts, where she co-founded a property management company called About Your House, serving high-net-worth individuals who owned investment properties and exclusive summer residences. Her clients were strictly referral based and chose her for her professional ethics, reliability, and experience. Lily's tech background and highly motivated attitude have been key to her success in real estate. She previously worked as a web developer and was an active participant in the Woman Who Code Group. She uses her broad tech skills to create extensive online advertising for her listings and uses her sharp eye for detail to ensure the sellers' property is showcased in the best light possible. Lily is fluent in English, and Russian. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS.
