Lily does an outstanding job both selling your home and finding a new place to buy. I recently went through a complicated high value 1031 transaction. Lily made sure the place I sold went at the value we both agreed on. My place was front page in the hot properties in the San Diego Tribune after the first week.

Lily also helped me on my new investment property. We had it in escrow with a contingency on selling my other property. I was able to find my 1031 replacement property prior to selling my main investment property. Also in this market people need to like you in order to sell a home to you. Lily is very likable the the buyers wanted us to have the property.
