In every town there is always that one person that thrives on keeping current on the details of the community. In Malibu Lily is that person, the go-to person with your questions. With generations of her family settled here, she views the village from many perspectives. Her two weak points are that she is easily swayed into giving discounts on her commission from sellers. In addition, she refuses to talk about her famous clients to me though we have had a professional relationship for 16 years :) It is obvious that her success is derived because her endless supply of energy spills into her career. We met Lily Pingatore on a whim while vacationing in California. My husband and I were driving around the Malibu area and called Lily to inquire about a certain property. Lily agreed to meet us within the hour. After meeting with Lily, she showed us several other properties for sell while we were in Malibu. Over the last year, Lily has kept in touch and sent via email many homes and properties for sell in our price range. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Lily. She is a very conscientious agent, who does her utmost to make miracles happen for her clients. Having bought and sold a home with her, along with finding a temporary rental, we have found her to be the only agent we care to work with in the southern California area. She is very thorough in finding pocket listings, along with uncovering possible buyers, through her solid relationships with other agents.
