We chose Lin as our realtor to sell our home of 10 years. We were nervous and unsure of the process of selling our home and Lin made the process very simple and easy. Once going over everything and signing paperwork to put our house on the market Lin called within an hour or so and said someone was interested. After negotiating, we able to sell our home and were out of it within a short period of time.

Lin helped us find our home when we relocated 2 years ago. The housing market was especially difficult to navigate in 2020 and we weren’t sure where to start, but Lin made it SIMPLE! She listened to us and to our needs, she didn’t try to force us into something that didn’t fit our family, and she helped us get the most for our budget.

The location, price, condition, and size of our home is exactly what we hoped for and we are very pleased with the entire experience. We trust Lin and even referred a friend to her for their home purchase—-I heard it went great too.

We absolutely had the best experience in buying a home with Lin. Before we came to her it was hard to get started. With some others we had went to for help the process was being dragged out. When we finally decide to go with her everything just stated falling into place, thanks to Lin. Linn was the right person to contact when we decided to sell our home. We had lived in this home for 29 years and weren't sure what to to do to get it ready to sale or even what to ask for a selling price. She was honest with us and helped us come to a price that was reasonable. She always gave us enough warning before someone wanted to look at the house.
