My wife and I were selling our home in a fast changing market. We had to move fast as the market was changing from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market. We interviewed 6 realtors before deciding on Lin Lin. We chose her after talking to many of her loyal customers. And she was the only person that came up with innovative ideas about remodeling our kitchen and providing the right contractors to get the job done in record time. Throughout the remodeling process, we needed Painter, Landscaper and Stager….. Lin Lin always provided quality and fairly priced professionals to get the job done. always great experience working with Lin Lin. She helped me brought 2 homes, sold one with 0 effort on my side, all I need to do is to sign docs.
I just sold my latest rental apt, and from the staging of the house till the end of the deal, I spend less than 30 mins total, everything else was taken cared of by Lin Lin, the closing price is very good, and it took less than 1 week since listing.
I will definitely work with Lin Lin again in the future

My family lives in Oregon but we need to buy a house in the Seattle surrounding area. Remotely buying house is very risky. So we select our buyer agent very carefully. Lin Lin is an agent with 20 years of experiences. She knows Seattle surrounding areas very well and assesses house selling price accurately. That is the primary reason we select her.

She is very responsive. She arranged one of video tours for us within 2 hours short notice. She answers our questions promptly and often provides much more background information for us. It helps us know the Seattle surrounding areas better.

She goes through all documents disclosed by sellers and highlights the problematic terms and comes up with solutions. That eases a lot of my concerns regarding complicated documents.

She knows how to put together a competitive offer package which has much better chance to win in the crazy housing market.

I’m strongly recommending her to anyone who is new in the Seattle area. Looking forward to working with her again.

Lin was a referral from a friend, and she helped my family and I buy a larger home. Imagine this in the Seattle market: we found the first house we really liked, we put in our first offer, and we won the house with only $5k above despite several other competing offers. On the surface, it may look like luck, but I genuinely believe that it was all Lin's doing. Why you ask? Lin has this very important skill of easily establishing a good rapport with the seller's agent and to professionally communicate with all the involved parties. Having gone through the home purchase process multiple times before, I found that this gave us an edge while negotiating.

We had a constraint where the seller demanded a tight closing date, so we really (really!) appreciated how Lin was on top of things. She was even responding to emails and coordinating things late in the evening!

Once we closed and got the keys, we thought her services were over. However, she noticed that the seller did not clean out the garage. My wife and I were already conditioned to having to clean out junk from a newly purchased home (based from past experience), so we didn't make a big deal out of it. We were pleasantly surprised when Lin proactively contacted the seller about this issue -- the garage was cleaned the next day!

We're grateful for Lin's services and we highly recommend her!

If my friend or family wants to buy a house, I would definitely recommend Lin to them.
Because of Covid 19, we could no longer visit the open house and had to rely on Lynn to visit each house. We are new to this town so we had to visit 20 to 30 homes to find out what we wanted.
Over the weekend and weekday, she always made home hunting trips smooth and comfortable and explained a lot about the community.
She helped us find the right home within the budget and had a great network so the whole process of buying a house went smoothly.

Lin is the best realtor that I ever met. She listened our requests carefully and tried to deliver without creating any tension. At the reception of each document and disclosure, she reviewed and provided summary which was very helpful for my family who moved from outside of WA.
