Linda was exceptional as my realtor from start to finish for my home selling process. I could not have asked for a better realtor. She was always responsive. More importantly, she understood the market well, which is why my home sold above asking price. There were three other realtors that I had interviewed that all said my home is value 30k less than what I would like. Linda, on the other hand, provided me a detailed analysis of the market and the current trend which match my price point. Linda also provided professional photography to help list my home which helped maximize the foot traffic of our home. Multiple offers came in within 72 hours. Although our first buyer could not secure their loan, Linda assured me the market was still in my favor. Within 24-48hrs after relisting my home, the home again received multiple offers but at a higher asking price. We sold our home and this was by far the easiest process out of two other properties we sold within the last 2 years, and I have to thank Linda for her tireless effort. I highly recommend Linda to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

We just bought a house, so excited! Linda was a dual agent (for the seller and for us, but she was very professional), she made the process very easy and clear for both parties, we never had a problem. Since the very beginning, she explained to us so many details that we didn't know (as first buyers). She was always there for us, always replied our calls, emails or texts. I would definitely recommend her if you are in the process of buying or selling a house. And needles to say, she shared with us some recommendations about other people/services we needed during the process of getting our house. I am telling you right from the start, we WOULD NOT have purchased our first home without the experience and excellence of Linda. If you want the true test and dedication of a realtor, throw them into the unknown, unprecedented situation of a global pandemic after months of tireless effort and search with constantly changing circumstances and two first time home buyers. Linda was in this situation and managed to overcome any and all obstacles while guiding us to a successful closing like the truly dedicated professional she is.
First let me check off some of the boxes in your realtor checklist. After months of searching for the perfect home, we managed to close safely and successfully in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic in no small part because of Linda Alexandroff. Linda is kind and friendly and we felt we could always talk to her and open up without holding back. She supported our search with no pressure; had knowledge about the area, the houses, things to look for and watch for, as well as inside information on the neighborhoods and builds of each house which can only come from dedication and experience. This same experience allowed for a reputation which preceded her and a reputation other realtors respected. She was always available and kept us informed of the rare times she wouldn’t be. Linda was firm and strong in negotiations with sellers while keeping us informed on everything. Most of all, she was just extraordinary at her job and her passion and dedication to helping us find the right home and not just any home was obvious from start to finish. I just hope this review even begins to describe how grateful we are to her and how we truly can’t recommend her enough.
We were referred to Linda by a friend who also had a great experience with her but there was no way he could have explained just how incredible she would be. We were so deep into the process and it was our first time, so we had endless questions and Linda was always a text, call, or email away. Linda answered every question I had and then some. She advised us in the best possible way, to the best of her ability, and in our best interests. I never felt pressure to buy and never felt like a burden or agitation to her (though sometimes I am sure we must have been). If we pointed out something we didn’t like, Linda told us if we could change it, how to change it, and what the other options were. We always went into every tour with her knowledge of the house and research about the property and when we entered, Linda went to work searching for our wants and deal breakers while being right there for any question or concern but giving us space to tour and get a feel for the home.
Without Linda Alexandroff, I would not be writing from our new home today. All it would have taken was for one thing to slip through the cracks in an ever-changing, unstable situation yet, because of Linda, everything pushed forward as seamlessly as I could hope and we purchased our first home. I really can’t say enough good things. My recommendation is hire Linda NOW; you will not regret it. She is the best of the best.

Linda listed our home in August and I will say that her photographer was the ABSOLUTE BEST! He took fantastic pictures of our home which helped it sell in one day. Linda provided a great description of the home and listed it promptly on all the online tools. She is very nice and pretty responsive but at times I felt she had more of the buyers best interest in mind than ours. We ended up using a different realtor to buy our current house mainly for that reason.
