Meet Linda Bennett Dice, a seasoned real estate agent with over 40 years of experience. Linda has been a valuable member of the Ayre Rhinehart team, where she has helped countless clients find their dream homes.

As a lifelong resident of Midland, Michigan, Linda has a deep connection to the community and is passionate about its growth and progress. In fact, she founded the Midland Santa Holiday Parade and has been actively involved in local business associations, including serving as Vice President of the Circle Business Association and as a committee member of the Midland Area Chamber Small Business Council.

Although Linda was previously the owner of Edifice, a local custom homes construction company, she has since moved on and is now fully devoted to her work at Ayre Rhinehart. Her extensive experience and knowledge of the industry make her an invaluable asset to her clients, and her dedication has earned her the Ayre/Rhinehart "Sales Achievement Award" multiple times.

When she's not helping clients find their dream homes, Linda enjoys spending time with her husband, Fred, in their home in Larkin Township. Linda is an active member of the Midland Board of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
