I am a native North Carolinian and have always lived within 40 miles of the Holden Beach area; I know its surrounding areas very well.

Growing up on a farm in Whiteville, NC gave me gave me my love of the land, stability, and a desire to help others acquire their "piece of heaven on earth."

Over the years, we have bought and sold 5 homes but the transaction through Linda, by far, went the smoothest and the easiest out of the five. She is very calm, very knowledgeable and very professional. Linda, just by her personality and good nature, makes you feel comfortable and at ease, which overall lends itself to a more pleasurable experience when in many cases of our friends and family buying or selling a house was very stressful.

When considering to move to the Holden Beach area, I worked with several different realtors, I was most appreciated of meeting with Linda Blake. I purchased my home with her in 2012. I feel like if not for her professional but her one on one personal interest and concern for me and guiding me, I would not have been able to seal the deal. I have recommended her and will continue.
