About Linda

With 20 years of experience in nearly every aspect of this industry my clients tell me I bring so much value to the table. Some of my vast experience is inclusive of (but not limited to) the following: I have owned two mortgage companies that required me to originate, process, pre-underwrite and post close mortgage loans. Managed another mortgage company and represented one of the oldest lenders in the country as an Account Executive (calling on Mortgage Brokers). The largest lender in the United States flew me around the southwest states to conduct seminars to consumers and teach them how to qualify for a mortgage and purchase a home. I taught survey classes to Realtors. And as a licensed Stewart Title Agent I Issued one of four title products in 38 states. Working with the country's largest Vendor Management company I also reviewed appraisals for all 254 counties in Texas.
I am passionate about what I do and I am so fortunate to help clients with selling or buying their assets. I and a Cetified Negotiation Expert and I take the emotion out of the process for my clients.
I attended college in Texas and Colorado majoring in business, finance and of course real estate.
