Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2015, Linda worked in education at the University of Mary Washington. Her husband continues to work at UMW as the Women's Tennis Coach and Assistant Athletic Director. The experience in education helped establish their knowledge of the area, including educational opportunities and cultural offerings, and broadened their contacts in the local community.
Success as a Realtor®, in their perspective, involves building a client relationship where clients feel heard and their needs were met throughout the process. Recognizing that the decision to buy or sell a home is life-changing, they measure their success by the satisfaction of their clients and strive to continually provide an exceptional level of customer service.
Staying current on the greater Fredericksburg area's real estate trends as well as national trends in the housing market, they focus on their clients as the priority, with their clients' stories guiding them in working together to achieve goals. As a Realtor® with personal experience in buying and selling property as an investment, they also bring an understanding of property value and factors influencing property appreciation or retention of value.
