I was flying into the area for a long weekend specifically to house hunt. Leading up to the trip the person we were working with was not providing the service we felt like we needed. So with only a few days before my arrival I called Linda out of the blue to see if she was available. From that first returned call to after closing she was incredible. She handled herself with an impeccable degree of professionalism and integrity. Being new to the area, her knowledge about the subtleties of the market and the differences in neighborhoods was invaluable. Our closing became complicated towards the end, as they almost always seem to. She was in our corner the entire time not only with contract details but on a personal level as well. I remember Linda telling me that she is a realtor because she just enjoys helping people. I see how this is so true for her and well we have definitely appreciated her help 100%. I had the pleasure of working with Linda when buying my first home and I can tell you it would NOT have happened without her. I was new to the buying process and her patience and understanding made what could have been a daunting and overwhelming experience, easy and rewarding. I had many questions, all of which she answered regardless of the time of day, including weekends. She talked me through the buying process and genuinely looked out for my best interests. When some unexpected speed bumps popped up she handled them easily and with tremendous efficiency. I trust her implicitly. This home is my biggest investment and I could not have been happier with Linda or with the property.
