Linda Chu doesn't believe in settling - in real estate or in life. Linda Initially chose a career in high-tech industry. She earned a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California (USC) and landed high-profile positions in companies like Intel and Fairchild Semiconductor.

But real estate was a passion she couldn't shake. She left engineering for her dream job in real estate in 2010 and is now broker/owner at Kapalua Real Estate Services. As head of her own firm, she works with both buyers and sellers to help them achieve their real estate dreams.
