Linda Cohn

Born and raised in Bend, Oregon, Linda is proud to be a Native Oregonian. Linda moved to Portland in 1980, after attending the University of Oregon where she majored in Journalism.

Linda's first job out of college was managing a retail boutique. From there, she went on to work at Nordstrom, where she won numerous customer service awards. Linda was then hired by Pendleton Woolen Mills, Inc. to help grow their Retail Division. In her thirteen years there, she helped grow the number of retail stores from three to fifty. Linda traveled throughout the United States searching for the perfect location and would negotiate the lease and then physically open the store. Her background in home building helped her coordinate the actual store construction. She also oversaw the stores and their employees, so Linda has an extensive background in managing people and working successfully with multiple individuals.

Linda prides herself in her creative marketing approach for each property she lists. She feels there is a common bond between a buyer and seller, and she likes to make that special connection. She brings attention to detail and her experience in negotiating leases, which continues to help her in her residential real estate career.

Relationships matter to Linda. Each year, she works equally with buyers and sellers in accomplishing their real estate goals. And Linda is now helping her clients' children with achieving their dreams of buying a home! As an active volunteer for the Portland Public Schools since 2000, she knows what community involvement is about and can help her clients find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. She currently serves on the Endowment Committee at Lincoln High School.
