My husband and I just happened to find Linda at random when we began our hunt for a condo in the Jupiter area, and we couldn't be more pleased with her as an agent. We found Linda to be warm, friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, sensible with her advice, willing to be sensitive to our particular situation, and ALWAYS willing to make herself available to us. I met Linda Colaprete when I was living in my former community. I have known her about 10 years. I came to know that Linda was honest, reliable and had a thorough knowledge of the real estate market. She had sold several homes in the community I had lived in. She has a great personality, warm and welcoming, and works really hard to present your house in the best possible light to get a quick and profitable sale.

We have worked with Linda Colaprete as both buyers and sellers three times from 1998 to 2006,and she has exceeded our expectations repeatedly. As prospective buyers in 1998, after we told her what we were looking for, Lynda saved us many 200 mile roundtrips to look at houses by showing us only those properties which met our criteria, and always within our price range. Linda was invaluable in providing local information about the housing market and the community. We bought our house in Jupiter at a good price, with no hassle and no surprises at closing. In 2004, we asked her to list a property in Pt St Lucie, which she did, on a Friday evening. By Sunday, she had several prospective buyers, and with her negotiating with the buyers, we sold the piece of land at significantly over the asking price at better than the going value. In 2006, we listed our house in Jupiter with Linda because she had impressed us with her work ethic, her honesty, her motivation to serve us as clients, and her general real estate savvy. By that time, the housing market was rapidly going downhill from the peak, and houses were not selling. I had already made the move out of state, and my husband stayed behind to get the house ready to put on the market. Linda was invaluable in so many ways. She guided us in how to prepare and stage the house, went way beyond what could be expected in terms of giving my husband support, advice, and assistance, and was focused and energetic in marketing and promoting the property. We sold that house in three months, in a very bad market, with many other houses in our neighborhood available. My husband left Florida in December, and we heard from the neighbors that Linda never let up in her efforts to make the sale. We sold the house at a very good price, again with no difficulty with the closing, despite the fact we were not able to attend the closing, and relied on Linda to represent us. Linda will get property bought or sold; because she works hard, knows her business, listens to everyone involved, because Linda is honest and conscientous, and because I have seen that she gives her best in any situation, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone as a real estate resource. I only wish that when the time comes to sell my house in South Carolina Linda could be here. It's rare to find someone with her character and expertise. Diana Miel
