About Linda

Linda Contreras obtained her real estate license in 1987 and has been involved in buying and selling real estate for over 30 years in Stockton, Manteca, Lathrop, and Lodi. She has been married since 1984 to Jose Contreras and they have four beautiful children.
Linda and her husband have successfully managed income property as well as successfully renovated over 12 homes. They love a good fixer upper. They have helped three of their children purchase their first home and they are happy homeowners following in her footsteps.

Linda sure knows her business. We listed our home with Linda after interviewing several other realtors. Linda, along with Ashley, presented positive advice about pre-listing prep, staging, and pricing of our home. Following Linda and Ashley's advice, on the day of listing, our home hit the market at 10 am, the first showing was at 4 pm, and was sold to the first client at a price above asking. We couldn't have been happier. Linda's service didn't stop there, she followed through with every step of the sale, even after the cash was in our pocket. My husband and I feel like we made a true friend with Linda, we just love her and Ashley. Do not hesitate to use her services when you need a reliable realtor you can trust.
