I am very familiar with land development, sub-divisions, variances, and planning. I have completed 50+ short sales and have extensive experience with them. I previously owned a mortgage company and am very well versed in financing options. I am also very experienced with REO’s, loan modifications, foreclosures, and bankruptcy. In addition, I have worked on valuation disputes, tax appeals, flood plain issues, and have been a Court-Appointed Realtor in divorce and other cases, as well as a Sworn-In Expert in court cases involving cell towers and tenancy issues. I have been in the Circle of Excellence- Silver and Gold Levels- during the past 3 years, and consistently in the top 5% of all agents in Central NJ.
