My name is Linda Drennon and I live in the Lawrenceville area. I have lived in Georgia since 1994, 15 of those years have been spent cultivating the real estate market. A large portion of those years were practicing real estate on the financial side of the market as a Mortgage Loan Originator where I originated and closed hundreds of loans. 11/15/2016 - treid3 Bought a home in 2016 in Shiloh West, Kennesaw, GA 30152. My work with Linda was my first home purchase. I met her at a showing in Lawrenceville and instantly liked her. During her first conversation with me I could tell that she was TRULY listening to what was important to me in a home for my family. Linda's #1 quality is her dedication to her clients. Due to this being my first home purchase I had tons of questions ... And I asked many of them by calling Linda on odd days and hours, I cannot remember a single time that I called her about my purchase and she didn't make time to talk to me and make sure all of my questions were answered. Her follow up is just incredible. I had a punch list everyday of items I wanted looked into or taken care of.....and she ALWAYS came through. Saying that I would refer Linda to my friends and family doesn't really explain how I view her as a realtor or a person. Because I view Linda AS A FRIEND AND PART OF MY FAMILY!
