Linda Godwin

Linda Matthews Godwin is a lifelong Wilson resident, with the exception of a five-year stint in New Bern, NC. She began her career in the medical field, working as a "floater" at the Old Wilson Clinic, where she had the opportunity to assist multiple physicians. Later, she worked at the Wilson County Health Department in the alcohol and drug abuse center, an experience that inspired her to pursue a career in real estate. Linda obtained her real estate license in 1995 and has been a full-time REALTOR® ever since.

With over 20 years of experience, Linda specializes in helping buyers find their perfect home and assisting sellers as they navigate the property market, whether they are moving up or downsizing. She became a local expert in REO (foreclosure) properties in 1997, adding a specialized skill to her real estate expertise.
