I had the pleasure of working with Linda who helped me find and purchase a condo in the St. Petersburg area. From our first conversation where I shared my intention to move to the area, through looking at properties, rushing out to facetime me with a tour, to walking me through every single step until closing, Linda was there. She is amazing and any client would be well served working with her. Her knowledge of the area, skills in every step of the process, and general demeanor calmed my nerves and made this a smooth and seamless transaction. Her personality and commitment to excellence are ultimately what enabled my offer to be accepted. I don't plan on buying again, but if I did, there is only one person I would call - Linda. If you are looking, call her. There is no one better.
