Two years ago I moved from California to Connecticut, and found myself face to face with an unfamiliar area and real estate market. Linda went above and beyond to not only ensure I understood the market I was moving into, but also how to really enjoy my new home town. She helped me purchase a fantastic Condo, and a year and a half later when I married my husband she once again went above and beyond to help me sell it. For reasons beyond her control it was a tumultuous transaction, but she steered me through it and as always went above and beyond with her knowledge, resources, words of support, and steadfast determination. Basically, the last two years of my life have been one change after another and she was there not only as an outstanding realtor, but also an ever supportive friend. Buyer: Korie Witcraft Date: July 29, 2013 Linda is an agent that for us, went above and beyond. Linda came highly recommended and was the obvious choice for us when we started to look for our home. We looked at homes briefly while in the stat for the holidays and Linda took care of everything else. She made sure we had all of our questions answered when we found our home and would not let us go forward until she knew this was the home that was meant for our family. Linda was always available to us by either phone text, or email and with being in another state during the buying process really put us at ease, if there was something that needed attention, Linda made sure we knew about it. I've known Linda since 2015. I was in the market for my first home, and was apprehensive about the process, since I knew very little about what to expect. When I walked into her office and at down with her, she laid everything out for me in an easy to understand format. She really took all the anxiety I had about it away--she was very communicative, sent me updates of new listings she thought I might like throughout the weeks we worked together, and went with me to visit each place. As we walked through the hinges, she offered very sound advice about things such as inspections, my deposit, and red flags to look out for. On top of that, she was very friendly and made me feel so at ease during the process. Since I bought my home in October 2015, we have even started in touch! Linda is not only a great and very experienced relator, but also a wonderful person to work with! She comes highly recommended from me.

The process involved a short sale and without her expert knowledge with real estate, and short sales in particular, I doubt it would have worked out as well as it did.
