To say I am indebted to Linda is an understatement. After the traumatic experience of losing a loved one, my two siblings and I were left with a home that we needed to sell. We were extremely lucky to find Linda, who took on the difficult job of helping not one, but three grieving owners sell their home.. Even more miraculously, she did this while all three of us were on almost non-speaking terms. Despite the challenge our family dysfunction presented, Linda managed to bring all three of us together and navigated what should have been a chaotic situation with absolute poise, grace, and professionalism. All three of us had different expectations and a lot of misinformation, but Linda took the time to properly explain the process to us. Despite many of my family members unfortunately losing their temper, Linda was ALWAYS professional, respectful, and compassionate... she is one of the most kind, well informed people I've ever met, with the patience of a saint. If something happened, she was there at any time of the day or week to figure things out with us as a team. Her communication skills are phenomenal, and she went out her way to do whatever she could in order to get things solved. Linda is truly committed to doing whatever she can in order to help you, and you can tell she genuinely cares. Calls, emails, questions, everything was so easy with her. I've never met someone this invested in helping us, and it quite honestly shocked me. Without her, I know without a doubt that we wouldn't have sold our home. Linda was able to do the impossible, and get all three of us a deal that we were all happy with in such a short amount of time.
If you need to find a real estate agent that will do absolutely everything in their power to help you, look no further. Linda is a professional who advocates for the actual person first and foremost.
