Linda Lee Gates

A native of South Mississippi, Linda Lee is a graduate of Eckerd College who fell in love with St. Pete right after stepping off the plane. Linda Lee and her husband lived in San Diego before returning to the Saint Petersburg area in 2001 where they found a deep connection to the Tampa Bay area. They decided to lay roots and start a family, with the birth of their son in 2010, and daughter in 2015. Motherhood has taught Linda Lee the art of patience and has educated her on all that a family could need in a home.

Prior to real estate, Linda Lee was an analytical chemist and supervisor at an environmental laboratory where she was able to master creative problem-solving. No problem is too big for Linda Lee to solve! Married to a General Contractor, she has developed a strong understanding of the residential and commercial construction industry. She is able to combine this knowledge with her Real Estate knowledge in order to help you see the possibilities in a home.

Linda Lee specializes in the historic neighborhoods that make St. Pete great: Old Southeast, Lakewood Estates, Kenwood, Crescent Lake, Old Northeast, and Pinellas Point, to name a few. She has a strong affinity for the neighborhoods on the south side of town and she is also extremely knowledgeable about the exciting and rapidly developing downtown area. She knows how to match buyers and sellers and how to pull a transaction together.
