Linda Maples

As a licensed realtor with Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty, Linda values professionalism, integrity and providing excellent customer service. Linda has been involved in real estate in some form since 1980, including experience in mortgage lending, servicing, and consulting. Her clients appreciate her perspective and understanding of the mortgage lending process. Linda works with all home buyers, whether it be first time buyers, expanding family, downsizing, or purchasing a second home, or looking for a next investment. She markets for a wide variety of properties spanning from mobile homes and new construction to luxury real estate and any price point between! Linda works tirelessly to ensure her clients' success and has even been told that she "wears a cape." While she does not have superpowers, Linda does like to find creative solutions to help her clients with their home buying and selling goals.

Linda’s radius spans as far as she remains knowledgeable about the area so she can keep her promise of providing the best service possible. When she is not working, Linda is busy staying involved in volunteer and community organizations around Athens and Oconee. She is an active member of the Oconee County Chamber of Commerce, where she recently received recognition for Volunteer of the Year. While Linda cheers for the UGA Dawgs, she is also a huge fan of her actual dog, Ninja the Diva Dog (some might even say a little obsessed!) She is also a world traveler, a collector, and a fashionista. Linda’s favorite local recommendations are the Classic Center for events, UGA games, and Chops & Hops for a bite to eat (her favorite is the salmon!).
