Ever since an incredibly early age, Linda had a very unusual, unexplained interest in real estate. As an adult she ventured into the legal field as an administrator for a law firm for fifteen years. That experience provided her with an overly broad education regarding legal contracts and client relations. During those years, she began to personally dabble in real estate. She bought and sold various homes in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey which proved to be very profitable. In early 2000, she obtained her PA Real Estate license and within the first year, she found her way to the "President's Club". In real estate terms that equates to a top producer. Year after year, she continued to be one of the top producers in a region of thirteen offices. She was told that only 5% of realtors have a natural ability in this field. She honestly believes that her success is solely because she absolutely LOVE what she does and treat every transaction as if it were her own purchase or sale. Her second love is in home interior design. This is an integral part of what has helped her become the "Listing Agent", she is known to be. She knows what a seller needs to do, at an extraordinarily little cost, to obtain top dollar for their home. When it comes to buyers, she has an innate ability to precisely meet my buyers' criteria and needs for their home. She attributes that aspect to being a good listener as well. She then uses her "know-how" to negotiate the sale and terms of the agreement. She finds it both exciting and very gratifying.
