We worked with Linda for over a year, and she gave us great advice in both selling, and purchasing our homes. During that time, I think Linda and I previewed over 40 homes together. She never lost patience with me, and was always willing offer expert insight into the location and condition of each property. I highly recommend Linda Petersen!!!

I met Linda by pure chance at an open house and right away felt confident that I had found the right realtor with the knowledge and professional skills I needed to make my relocation to WA happen. Both Linda and Seana listened to my needs and immediately began compiling a list of potential homes for me to look at and we began touring homes almost immediately. So many diverse desirable homes to look at but when I found the house that was meant for me I then entrusted Linda to represent me throughout the whole offer, inspection, and closing process and she and her team did not fail me. I had to return to CA to list my existing home and felt completely confident that my best interest would be cared for me in my absence. Although only a phone call and email away so many small steps had to occur and be handled at every juncture and Linda and Seana and her team came through. I was astounded to realize the whole relocation process began and closed in only 60 days. I cannot express enough what a pleasure it was to work with such talented and caring professionals as the Linda Petersen Team. I've never been happier in my new home on the water.
