Linda is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She helped us to purchase our first home for the asking price, with inspection during a very hot market. She was incredible. She went thru all the processes with us and made it very clear and easy to understand, we were able to close in 3 weeks and we couldn't love our house more.

I had the pleasure of working with Linda on two occasions. The first time was to secure a rental for my initial relocation to the Fairfax area; and then six months later to purchase a home in the area. Both times, Linda was exceptionally knowledgeable about the unique and fast-paced real estate market in Northern Virginia. I had very specific needs related to the size, layout, amenities, and location. Linda was diligent in searching for (and locating) the right property for my family. We ran into some tough contract negotiations with the property I purchased and she was able to quickly identify solutions that helped us reach mutual agreement and move forward with the sale. I HIGHLY recommend Linda – she is personable, highly competent, well resourced, and truly knows how to navigate this competitive housing market!

I first met Linda in 2018 when I was looking for a home right after my divorce. The timing ended up not being right for me so I put it on hold. When I decided in 2020 that I was ready to buy Linda was the first and only person I called. Linda makes you feel like you are her only and most important client. She makes it her job to know what you want and what you can afford. She listens, asks the right questions, and gives solid advice. Buying a home is an exciting and stressful process. Linda shared the excitement and reduced the stress. She is confident, smart, and decisive. I ended up purchasing a bank sale property and I honestly don't know if I would have had the courage to do it had I not had such a competent realtor by my side. She made sure there were no surprises and kept me on track every step of the way so I didn't get overwhelmed. Buying my home with Linda was a fun and empowering experience. I can't recommend her highly enough.
