Linda Seels has been my real estate agent for the purchase of two lovely homes that I am now using as rental properties. We found both homes under market value and both had multiple purchase offers when Linda helped me to place the winning bids. Linda did an amazing job negotiating on my behalf to get the best possible price. The homes were both 100 year-old Craftsman bungalow homes and Linda was able to negotiate that the owners pay additional sums for needed repairs.
