Linda Spencer is nothing but “AMAZING”. Ms. Spencer has been a true professional advocate for me throughout my lending and home purchasing process. A lot of negative experiences occurred with my previous lender and builder, that wasn’t in my favor, but she took on the challenge late days and late nights to go above and beyond on my behalf. She is a realtor that knows the ends and outs of buying an new home, buying a new construction home, selling a home, and or renting a home!! I would recommend her a thousand times over in purchasing and selling a home!!!!!!!

Linda was everything my girls and I needed and more. She understood the significance of purchasing a home and made it happen for us even in this crazy market.

Linda is an amazing agent and part superwoman. She is extremely knowledgeable and very connected in the real estate industry. She did a phenomenal job helping us to find and purchase our home. She was able to get us a great deal for a brand new build in a great area too. She also fought long and hard with the builders and mortgage lenders to ensure we received the best treatment possible.
