Originally I was licensed in Pennsylvania as a sales associate and later relocated to Florida and obtained my associate broker’s license. My main concentration has been in residential sales.

With over 25 years of experience working with the public as an independent contractor as well as past experience in an office environment has proved advantageous in allowing me to relate to clients and listen to their personal wants and needs as well as finding solutions to issues that need to be resolved.

The strength in my success in listing and selling has been in keeping an open line of communication with the buyers, sellers and the chain of professionals needed to make the transaction come to a successful conclusion. That’s when the right agent makes all the difference.
