Linda Thibodeau

Lin Thibodeau is a licensed Real Estate Agent serving both New Hampshire and Maine, representing both buyers and Sellers. Her 35 years as a Registered Dental Hygienist in the Seacoast of NH and Maine have allowed Lin to hone her interpersonal skills, establishing trusting relationships with her clients. Her attention to detail, genuine caring and honesty, endeared her to her patients. These traits translate well into the real estate industry especially when she is working as your buyer’s agent for that most important purchase—your home!

In the way each person is unique, so is each property. As a seller’s agent, Lin will take the time to work with you to highlight your home’s best features and have it professionally photographed and marketed. She has the best possible business partner in her husband Paul, who before becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2001, owned and operated the highly respected custom home building firm Thibodeau Custom Homes LLC, which had been building and renovating homes since 1985. Paul has also completed several subdivisions, and taken properties from raw land purchases through planning board approvals.

Lin is no stranger to the building industry. Paul often relies on Lin’s help and opinions in his business. Together they have designed and built many custom and spec homes, as well as three of their own homes and several other residential properties that they lease. While Lin officially transitioned to being a full time Real Estate Agent in 2015, she has been closely associated with Paul in her free time throughout his career. Together they are landlords, have participated in 1031 exchanges, investment purchases, second, vacation and lakefront homes as well as working with first time homebuyers. Lin has 2 children. Leah lives in Austin Texas as an Art Director for Everlywell. Dan works with Empower, a solar company in North Carolina. He and his wife Amber have recently made Paul and Lin grandparents with the birth of their daughter Eliana in June.

When she is not working, you will find her kayaking, gardening, reading, walking the beach, spending time with family and friends or watching Tiny House Nation, her guilty pleasure. Buying and selling real estate need not be daunting. When you are partnered with educated professionals, it’s fun!
