Linda Tolley

Linda’s background in real estate began with her family. Linda’s grandfather was a real estate broker and developer, her grandmother was an escrow officer, and her mother was a mortgage broker. You could say Linda was destined to be in the real estate industry. Linda has been a licensed real estate agent since 1979. Linda began her career as a Realtor in the Sierra Nevada foothills of Northern California specializing in rural land and home sales. She had a very rewarding and successful real estate sales career until 1986 when she was recruited by a local bank to become a mortgage loan officer. In 1997 Linda moved to Maui where she opened her own mortgage brokerage. Linda enjoyed her experience as a mortgage professional in Northern California and Hawaii for over 23 years. While in Maui Linda heard about a small town called Sandpoint. Linda’s husband and herself came for a visit, loved it there and decided to move to North Idaho. Linda has come full circle back to her original career choice as a real estate agent specializing in rural land and home sales. With over 38 years of experience Linda understands all facets of the real estate transaction. Linda believes in integrity, service and follow up.
