Linda was really great in our home search and was easily adaptable when we decided to do a new construction. She really helped when we had questions throughout the whole process and handled communication when we needed her to. Plus, she had great contacts for the mortgage company so we did not have to worry about that. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend!

Linda was great through the entire process of selling our father's home. We appreciated her honest feedback and guidance on the items we needed to complete before going on the market, how to approach the market, and how to engage from remote locations. Responsive to to our queries, Linda's knowledge of the local market, combined with a hands-on approach made the sale manageable and easy. Linda is an exceptional real estate agent and an honest and kind person. I have known and worked with Linda for over 30 years. She understands every contract provision and how to negotiate and provide advice to clients to get deals completed. I couldn't be happier - she managed the sale of our house (sold for over asking price) and the purchase of a new house (purchased for under asking price) with closings on the same day, without a hitch. Her contacts are helpful and professional for every part of the moving process. She is always responsive and on top of all the details. Highly recommended in every way. Never go anywhere else for real estate representation if you are selling or buying a house!

Linda listed my house and got it sold in 2 days. She helped guide me through what was an ever changing process with Covid. She continued to work with me through closing and even helped to correct errors in the closing documents. She also gave me contacts that were extremely helpful in getting the house prepared to be sold. Linda is a professional that knows her business.

Sage Realty helped me find my first home over 10 years ago and the experience was great for a first time home buyer. When my family outgrew that home, there was no question that Sage was our best bet to handle both the sale of our old home and the purchase of a new home. Linda and Yvonne were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive all throughout the process. Linda never said "no" whenever we asked to see a house, no matter when we wanted to go or how short of notice we gave her. Yvonne offered great tips for sprucing up our old house to make it more desirable to buyers. There were some bumps along the way (no fault of Sage's!) with both the sale and the purchase, but Linda and Yvonne always had a plan to fix things and they executed the plan perfectly. If you want to get top dollar for your current home and/or find your new dream home, you can't go wrong with Sage!

I moved to PA from Washington State and learned that realty is local. There were things that I thought I knew about buying a house previously but boy was I wrong. Linda was very patient with me but also did not hold back when she saw potential problems, and always made sure I had all the information I needed before making a decision and didn’t belittle concerns to just get a sale. Above all else, and this was the most important thing to me, Linda has a high ethical standard, is very transparent in her approach and is someone I trusted making one of the biggest decisions of my life.
