Linda Welch

Linda is a dedicated, seasoned, professional Realtor® who offers exceptional customer service and delivers results. She specializes in all aspects of residential housing in South Palm Beach County, including Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Highland Beach, and Boca Raton.

Born and raised in northeast Ohio, Linda graduated from Cornell College, in Mount Vernon, Iowa, with a Degree in Education. The daughter of a top producer Realtor® mother and a construction business owner father, she learned the sales and development aspects of real estate, along with the importance of exceptional customer
service, dedication, honesty, and integrity, from an early age.

A member of the Realtors® Association of the Palm Beaches, she holds an At Home With Diversity® certification from the National Association of Realtors signifying that she has successfully completed training that enables her to better serve customers in the growing diverse population.
