As a Wyoming native, I have a deep appreciation for the lifestyle, community, and opportunities our state offers. I’m proud to work alongside my sister, Alyssa Renneisen, as part of Cheyenne’s Hometown Team at Peak Properties. Together, we provide a full wraparound real estate experience—combining smart strategy, strong communication, and hands-on support from the first conversation to well beyond closing day. Our sister duo ensures no detail is overlooked and no client ever feels like just a transaction.

I bring experience across residential, commercial, military relocations, estate sales, and foreclosures. My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in social work, a master’s degree in psychology, and a Doctorate in Education Administration from the University of Wyoming—training that strengthens my ability to advocate for clients, communicate clearly, and navigate complex situations with care.

I joined my family’s real estate business, Peak Properties, LLC, in 2013, and continue to treat every client like family. As Team Leader of Cheyenne’s Hometown Team, I leverage modern marketing, social media, and a trusted network of professionals—including photographers, designers, handymen, designers, and inspectors—to deliver concierge-level service tailored to each client’s needs.

Giving back to the community is deeply important to me. I actively serve on two local nonprofit boards and am passionate about supporting the people and organizations that make Cheyenne a strong, connected place to call home.

Beyond real estate, I’m also a co-host of the Beyond the Front Door Podcast, where I share real estate insights, spotlight local businesses, and celebrate the stories that make our community thrive.
