Lindsay was amazing in helping me sell my home of 18 years and buy my next home. I could not have done it without her. I was very overwhelmed at the thought of it but she helped me in so many ways in preparing to sell, staging, photos, marketing, she took care of all of it while reassuring me through the whole process. Her experience and expertise was such a valuable resource. She made the entire process so much easier than it would have been otherwise. Her teams and contacts were super helpful for various things that came up. She knows the markets very well and how to navigate negotiations. Lindsay helped us sell our home quickly and buy a home quickly, closed escrow on both without issue. We love our new place! Lindsay Mandjek represented us during the sale of our Brentwood home. She was positive, professional and very easy to work with. She advised us on the preparation of our home by recommending improvements that would increase the return in profits threefold.

Professional staging was included in the price of the listing. The stager met with us and incorporated items we wanted to include in the staging. We were able to move the other items we wanted to keep into the garage until the house sold, thus avoiding off-site storage. The listing included 2 hours of a handyman for minor repairs and a professional house and carpet cleaning.

Lindsay is well connected with the community and has a repertoire of professional businesses to call upon for any emergencies that may arise when preparing a house for sale. Lindsay and her team have an impressive marketing plan that includes social media and multiple open houses. She was available, encouraging and exceptionally skilled throughout the negotiations process.

We had a vision of what we wanted in the sale of our home and not only did she match that vision, she was wildly successful by knocking it out of the park! We will be enlisting Lindsay and The Mandjek Group at Corcoran Icon Properties for all of our future real estate needs!

Lindsay helped us buy our very first home over 3 years ago. I’m not one to write reviews and let me just tell you… you will NEVER find a realtor better than her. She was so patient, kind, professional, worked ALL hours focusing on getting us our home and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. I wasn’t sure what we needed in a real estate agent but Lindsay made that easy, she realized there was a possibility of us moving, took the initiative to create a personal portfolio for our house (we didn’t even engage her), dropped it off at our door and from that moment her initiative was exactly what we needed to move forward. It’s a funny story how I met Lindsay. I was currently at the food court inside of Costco and I was talking to my sister law about purchasing a house. Lindsay was walking by filling up her drink walks by and mentions she was a realtor and offered to send me houses that on the market. After that, the rest was history.
