This week I am closing on a house with Lindsay's help. Lindsay was able to sell my house quickly and at a price MUCH higher than I anticipated.

Throughout the process she kept me fully informed and was very quick to answer all of my questions even when they were unrelated directly to the sale of my home.

I highly recommend her when you need a Realtor that will work hard on your behalf.

Lindsay was a dream to work with. She was super responsive and flexible. She helped us close on our new home within exactly 30 days from the day we first visited it. She was great about letting us know when we needed to do something (we are busy) and kept everything on track. We really appreciated her advice and knowledge about the neighborhood. Lindsay is as motivated as you are. During my time working with Lindsay to find my house she never once seemed discouraged. I had a strict time frame and criteria to work with and she made it happen without pushing me to make a decision. If you want a well-organized, highly motivated realtor, this is the one! I can’t say enough good things about Lindsay. She was a pleasure to work with during our cross-country pandemic home search. Her professionalism and work ethic really showed throughout the process. She quickly understood the type of home we were searching for, and helped us navigate through dozens of listings in an expedited manner to locate the exact home we wanted. She was able to take my wife and I on a handful of open houses using Zoom from over 2,000 miles away, and she responded very quickly to any questions or concerns we had about the housing market in the metro Atlanta area. She was instrumental in helping us make an offer on our home, and worked closely with us through the closing process which was super helpful since we had to handle all of our transactions from across the country. In short, we found the exact home we were looking for, and the process was very efficient and painless. I highly recommend Lindsay for your new home search in the metro Atlanta area.
