Lindsay Smith

As a little girl, Lindsay remembers falling in love with all different types of homes. Lindsay's dad is an agent in Connecticut, and she can clearly remember going to his open houses and hiding in the pantry with her sister when potential clients would come in. These moments would leave a lasting impression on her!

Lindsay first fell in love with Charlotte when she moved to the area from Connecticut to attend the University of North Carolina- Charlotte. After spending 14 years moving around the country due to her husband's military career, Lindsay and her family decided that Charlotte was the best area to call their forever home. When they first moved back to the area, she worked for the Cabarrus County school district. Lindsay knew though that working in the school system was not really wanted she wanted to do, and she decided to take a leap of faith and finally get her real estate license (she had tried in Massachusetts and California only to have military orders pause that dream). Due to her frequent moves with the military and community/volunteer activities, Lindsay has developed an extensive personal network in the Charlotte-area, as well as several locations around the country.

Lindsay understands the excitement and stress of buying/selling a home due to all the locations that the military has sent her to. It is with this thought and her love for making a house a home no matter where that really drives her success in real estate. She truly believes that there is a place for everyone and looks forward to working with her clients to buy, sell, or lease their dream home.

Lindsay is married to her college sweetheart and currently lives in Concord with her three kids and three dogs! In her spare time, Lindsay loves to read a good book, dig in her garden or run in the many great races throughout the Charlotte area!
